Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
All rooms are subject to availability and rates subject to change.
Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Killin Hotel or be otherwise redeemable.
All Vouchers are totally non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers are sold as face value - the price you pay, is the price that is redeemable with the hotel.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, Killin Hotel will invoice for the difference and this must be paid upon departure.
The original Gift Voucher must be presented upon check-in. If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
Children
Cancellation terms are 14 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date then the full first night charge of that stay will apply as a cancellation fee.
Every effort will be made to try to re-sell the accommodation and in this event the charge will be refunded.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the hotel.
We request that you advise us in advance if bringing a dog, we do have a pet charge, they must be kept under control at all times and should not be left unattended in the room.
We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning and compensation for loss or damage in the rooms.
Check-in./ Check-out
Is normally after 3.00pm. If earlier check-in is required, simply advise and we will try our best to make this happen.
Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Please inform us if you are likely to be after 9.00pm. Late suppers must be arranged in advance.
Restaurant
The Killin Hotel serves food from 12 noon to 3pm and 5pm until 9pm daily. Dress-code for restaurant is Smart / Casual
